These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, training, and services offered by VibeLabs Agency LLC ("VibeLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Free trial, subscriptions & billing

Eligible plans include a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the plan fee will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. Prices are stated on our pricing page and may change with notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund fees already charged except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating any law, infringing intellectual property, sending spam or unlawful communications, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or reselling the Services except as expressly permitted under a white-label plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property & white-label license

All training materials, scripts, templates, and platform content are owned by VibeLabs or its licensors and are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within your business. White-label rights, where included in your plan, permit you to present the platform under your own brand but do not transfer ownership of any underlying software or content.

Third-party platforms

The Services rely on third-party software and platforms, including HighLevel. VibeLabs Agency LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of HighLevel. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party platforms, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes. See our Earnings Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification & governing law

You agree to indemnify VibeLabs against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which VibeLabs Agency LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
